This was taken in my driveway.
I was working around the house, and as I kept walking past this spot, I was drawn to the way these flowers fell in such a particular manner.
My camera has an articulated screen (love that screen!), so I put it on the ground, flipped the screen up, and composed the shot as best I could, given the bright sunlight.
Whenever I see all of these little soldiers displayed on my screen, I think of the marching, multiplying, bucket wielding brooms in Walt Disney’s “Fantasia/Sorcerer’s Apprentice”- I can hear that music playing in my head.
